Tomlyn's Opticlear Eyewash is a sterile buffered solution that has the same tonicity and pH as normal tear fluid. Opticlear is used to wash away dried mucus secretions and discharges from animals' eyes. Soothing and cleansing for animals' trouble with eye irritation, discomfort, or itching caused by dried mucus and foreign matter. Directions Wipe away excess matter that may have collected in the corner of the eye. Flush eye gently with a fine stream, controlling the rate of flow of solution by pressure on the bottle. Repeat as necessary. Warning To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface. Replace cap after using. Consult a veterinarian for excessive or persistent redness or irritation of the eye. If solution changes color or becomes cloudy, do not use. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children.
